SharpStack ("we", "our", "us") operates the website at sharpstack.app. We provide free sports betting tools and editorial content. We are not a sportsbook and do not process wagers.

Your email address is used solely to send you the SharpStack newsletter. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which tools and content are most useful. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use first-party cookies for session management and Google Analytics cookies for aggregate measurement. No advertising cookies are set by SharpStack directly. Affiliate links may set cookies on the sportsbook's domain when you click them — this is governed by the sportsbook's own privacy policy.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of SharpStack after a policy change constitutes acceptance.
